Spectator safety is England Hockey’s number one priority on match-day. Our COVID-19 Information page has all of the information you need, including our spectator code of conduct and refund policy. We recommend reading this before purchasing your tickets.
If the matches get moved behind closed doors will I get a refund?
Should the matches be played without spectators then you will be refunded the full cost of the tickets minus the booking fee. A full list of booking fees can be found here.
What is the refund protection option listed on the ticket site?
This is an optional extra offered by See Tickets that allows customers to purchase a refund protection that enables you to apply for a refund if you cannot to attend the match due to accidents, unexpected illnesses or specified unforeseen circumstances. The refund guarantee offered by GB Hockey is separate and does not require you to purchase this.

How much are tickets?
Under 18 tickets start from as little as £7.50 and adults from £17.50. We’ve introduced a ‘Weekend Pass’ starting from £16, meaning you can secure the same seat for all four matches across the weekend for a cheaper price.
What categories of tickets can I buy?
This season we have continued with our expansive ticket offering to give our fans greater choice.
Red: The best seats, covered, side of the pitch and located nearest the halfway line.
White: Excellent quality seats with a side view of the pitch.
Blue*: Seats with a good elevated view of the ends of the pitch, closest to the goal-mouth action.
Green*: Pitch level position, at either end giving a player's perspective on the match.
*Please note there will be a protective net between the field of play and your seat.
How many matches can I see with my ticket?
We are selling tickets for each day separately. One session ticket will allow you to watch one men’s and one women’s match.
Can I choose where I sit?
Yes you can! The seat-picker mechanism will be active on the ticket site so you can select the exact seat you want to sit in (subject to availability).
Is there a family ticket option?
There is no family ticket option for this season, each ticket purchased admits one individual.
Can I purchase accessible seating?
Ambulant and accessible bookings can be made by email hockey@seetickets.com">hockey@seetickets.com with the chosen date of match (s) you would like to attend.
When will I receive my tickets?
Print at home tickets for General Admission and Weekend Passes will be sent along with your booking confirmation email, so keep an eye out for this. It may end up in your junk or spam folder too.
I’m from a school and want to bring students to watch the Hockey. Is there a bespoke schools offer?
We would love you to bring your school group for a day out at the FIH Pro League and there is indeed a schools offer. Please email schools@englandhockey.co.uk for more information.

Are mascot packages now on sale?
Yes, they are available to buy in the Premium Experiences section of the ticket site.
How much are Mascot Packages and what do they include?
Mascot Packages are £135. It provides your child with a once in a lifetime experience of meeting their heroes and walking out the pitch with them in front of a packed home crowd. It includes 1 x Adult White Ticket and 1 x Under 18 White ticket, 1 x mascot place, 1 x Great Britain Hockey Pride T-shirt, a souvenir photo and the guarantee to play on the pitch after the match.
What ages are the packages aimed at?
Our mascot packages are designed for ages 5-12 years only.
What passes are available?
Season Tickets: Secure your seat to all six sessions of international hockey action and receive a range of exclusive perks such as fast-tracked queueing and discounts in the stadium.
Weekend Pass: Coming down to London and want to attend both match-days? Then we’ve got the ticket for you. Our weekend pass lets you secure the same seat for both days on the same weekend, for a discounted price

How do Weekend Passes work?
Coming down to London and want to attend both match-days? Then we’ve got the ticket for you. Our weekend pass lets you secure the same seat for both days, for a discounted price. Simply select the weekend you want to attend, chose your ticket type, then your seat – and get easy access to all four GB matches across the weekend.
Do I get other benefits of being a Season Pass Holder?
You certainly do. Season Pass holders will enjoy fast-tracked queueing, discounts in the stadium, dedicated communications, plus some extra surprises throughout the season. These perks do not apply to weekend pass holders.
When will I receive my tickets?
Season Pass Holders will receive their tickets and welcome pack in April 2021, a few weeks before the first home match-day.
Weekend Pass Holders will receive their print at home tickets as part of their confirmation email.
Is there hospitality available at the matches?
There is indeed. The Champions Suite at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre offers an unrivalled setting for world-class hockey, with a range of exclusive features to create truly unforgettable memories. Tickets start at £95.

Can I upgrade my tickets to hospitality later?
You certainly can, subject to availability. Premium Experience tickets offer all the action from the best seats in the house – covered seating plus a range of exclusive features to enhance your matchday experience, making a perfect day out for friends and family, or for entertaining clients at one of the most popular team sports in the country. Please note that availability is limited for these sessions.

When will I receive my tickets?
Premium Experience ticket purchasers will receive their tickets 1-2 weeks before the match day.
Is Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre easy to get to?
You bet! Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre is well serviced by a variety of public transport options. We recommend taking public transport to Stratford Station and walking from there. Visit our Getting There section of the GB Hockey website for more information.
Is parking available on site?
For Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, there is no event parking onsite for spectators. We recommend taking public transport to Stratford Station and walking to the venue. The closest car parks can be found at Westfield Shopping Centre or Stratford International Station.
Premium Experience Ticket purchasers can take advantage of a complimentary parking space per booking should they wish.
I have a Blue Badge – how do I access parking?
Blue badge parking is available for those who require it at the venue, subject to availability. Please email transport@englandhockey.co.uk to arrange this. Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre is wheelchair friendly.
Where can we find Group Parking?
At Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, parking is available for groups travelling by minibus or coach at the cost of £15 or £25. This is located within 5 mins walk of the venue. This can be purchased alongside your tickets on the link you received in the Hockey Family window.
Will there be bag searches upon entry?
Yes, all spectators will be subject to security searches upon entry into the venue, so please arrive early to avoid large queues close to the start of the match,
Will there be catering onsite?
Yes there will be, we will have a fantastic range of hot and cold food and drinks on offer, with more details release nearer the match-day as we work with our catering team on the offer.
Can I bring in food and drink?
It is a venue policy that spectators will be permitted to bring in a small amount of food and drink consisting of up to; 1 x 500ml bottle of water per person in a clear branded unopened plastic bottle, and two small items of food per person, comprising of either a 160g bag of sweets, a 210g cereal bar and/or one piece of fruit.
No alcohol, glass bottles or cans may be brought into the event venue.
Exemption letters may be issued to spectators who have medical requirements related to their diet, please email events@englandhockey.co.uk
Will there be facilities for young children?
Yes – Great Britain Hockey events are family friendly and will have ample buggy drop and baby-changing facilities onsite. Our cheeky Mascots Jasper and Jess will be about so make sure you say hello and get a selfie.
